John Kouzoukas is the founder and Managing Director of Velocity Retail Solutions, which was established in July 2018.

Prior to forming Velocity, John has spent nearly 30 years in the fast-moving consumer goods industry with Menora Foods and Monde Nissin, holding senior roles within both companies and managing commercial teams whilst dealing directly with the major national retailers.

John has vast experience and success in the end-to-end process of strategy, innovation, product development, and sales & marketing, which has helped establish and develop market-leading brands. He has a great understanding of the retail landscape, strategising and negotiating with major and independent retailers both locally and abroad, to help manufacturers realise their goals profitably.

John has a reputation in the industry for his integrity & passion. He’s a forward-thinker, with a realistic, honest and caring approach achieving results and providing exceptional service to his clients.
